I have a lot of laundry. It's like the linen gods coughed up a furball, and smells just as bad. You guessed it, the vomit soaked product of last weekend's sickfest now must be accounted for. I have washed blankets, sheets, blankets, and a pillow so far...oh and my carpets from the kitchen and bathroom. I haven't even begun on the clothes yet.
This makes me sad.
mumchancegaloot is lounging in the other room, enjoying a sappy story and the wood burning stove. The Tater is napping. In theory
erinrachel will be dropping by, and the good ole
reverend_gb is MIA. Rest assured GB - Wade did try to find you. Were you to read this and have a hankering for company or something - head to my folks. We'll do laundry.
I'm watching a movie "AS good as it gets" And although quirky, I like it. I may have to buy it when it hits a bargain bin.
MAL - I hope things are going well. you have been silent, and I don't know if that is a good thing or not. When you are up for it, let me know you are still with us, okay?
Dan is reconsidering the NEW car aspect of our future car purchase. This show growth on his part and I am most excited to see it. So, he will be calling around for pricing on fixing the beast. If it can be fixed for under $1000, we may go that route. If not, he is considering a newer used car. This newer used, we can take our time on a decision, in the meantime save up more and more funds to have it paid off sooner. THUS - saving for home can commence, after damn credit card debt is depleted.
Honestly, I don't always think only of money. Sometimes, I actually acknowledge I have dreams, and I'm a person, and sometimes I even indulge my whims. Like yesterday - I went to the HYVEE Natural food section and bought edamame shelled, and vegie pot stickers, more grape leaves (of course, can't be left without them), and a delicious tea, Peach Apricot Honeybush - or something to that extent. Herbal. It was tastey.
Laundry macha has beckoned - I must feed the beast.
This makes me sad.
